What a wonderful inspiration! I am so happy -- and I'm sure Sri Gurudev is overjoyed -- to see this unfolding in such a beautiful way. May your vision develop roots and wings: roots to draw deep from the wisdom and stability of Mother Earth; wings to support members in lifting their spirits high, raising them to the realization of the ultimate Truth.

Many prayers, abundant blessings, as this project gathers momentum and grows.

    Love and Peace

How wonderful to hear that there is a plan for an Ashram in Europe. Wishing you and your fellow Integral Yoga family members that the universe shall support and manifest this Spiritual endevour.

    Great stuff Padma Priya ji!

All strength to your organisational arm. I'd be happy to be a part of it. Keep me in mind as things develop.

In haste, (I'm up to my eyes in organising two trips in India for my students).

    Swaha!
    Warmly,
    Muz

Hari Om and greetings from NYC.....I have no suggestions but send my prayers and encouragement for this beautiful vision.,....I think it is especially important that you have solicited input and that you consult your European sangha for their views, esp if it is called an ashram for Europe.....I am sure Gurudev will guide you all in fulfilling this vision.

  7. Everyday people are reporting their wonderful experiences on health benefits of Yoga, the transformation of being, taking you beyond the here and now. In one wonderful session of Yoga, people get to practice a number of things, some Yoga poses (asanas) breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and chanting. In Yoga you get to learn basic terms like Mudras, Bandhas and Chakras. Best of all, Yoga is fun and relaxing while, at the same time, being delectably challenging to beginners.Derived from the Sanskrit root “Yujir Yogey” meaning to unite, to yoke, to join, to put together, Yoga is not about mind over body. On the other hand, Yoga is about developing harmony between them. In Yoga, you use your mind to perceive (diagnose) and guide (heal) your body. Never control, let alone force it!
